Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unopened items will be opened to check for contents prior to processing a return. Opened items are ineligible for refund.
If you would still like to return the item, place it in any BigCommerce cafe or break area.
If I have promised you a refund; your check is in the mail.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world excluding most areas where people live. Check to see if people live near you for availability.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on whatever method Apple uses for software updates. Dates and times may appear to go in reverse. This is WAI.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Weights will be rounded up to the most expensive option.
